Always a great place to stay. They upgrade the apartment all the time (this time it was a new kitchen table and chairs). This is our "go to" place to stay when we are in Delaware. Very comfortable, cozy, has everything you need, well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable furniture and beds, easy to get to, easy parking on the street, the hosts are very responsive should you need anything or have any questions.

This was our second time staying at Kosby’s and it was just as delightful as the first. It’s super clean and cozy, kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, and beds are so comfy! The location is perfect for exploring downtown Delaware. We can’t wait for our next visit!

This was a great place for us to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. We cooked a lot of wonderful food in this apartment! The host was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended spot!

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay! We appreciated all the little touches that made it feel like home. I think they thought of everything! Kosby even found a desk and office chair so I could work from “home”. I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay! The space was extremely comfortable and had every amenity I could’ve needed—thoughtful touches, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy atmosphere throughout. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful as well.
Kosby was fantastic: friendly, responsive, and genuinely attentive. An available early check-in made the trip so much easier as travel
plans changed a bit.
Overall, a great experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean and homey place to stay!

Clean and cozy with plenty of room. The place has everything you would need for a stay
A couple blocks from downtown or OWU. Kosby very responsive and answered all of my questions.
Extremely nice that we were able to have our well mannered dog as this is not always an option at other places.
We would definitely stay again - it was awesome!

Kosby’s apartment is in a great location close to OWU and all the shops and restaurants. It also has free street parking which very nice compared Sandusky St. It has all the amenities you need.

We LOVED this stay. We wanted a cozy weekend in and this was the perfect place for it. Close to a lot of restaurants and clean. Everything was clearly labeled throughout the home which we loved, so helpful! And I got to bring my dog as well, which made the weekend even better. Will definitely be back!

This accommodation is top notch! The place is immaculate and comfortable. The hosts have taken great care to anticipate all needs and really stocked up on amenities and supplies. They go the extra mile with snacks, local favorite suggestions and even an impressive book selection for leisurely downtime. The kitchen was absolutely complete for anyone who likes to cook, especially for a longer term stay. The location is perfect, close to downtown Delaware and lots of nice local restaurants and stores within walking distance. The check out process was quick and simple without a long list of tasks to complete. The team of hosts was SUPER responsive to any inquiries we had too. I would highly recommend this place!
