🔷Dogs🔷 ☀We adore hosting your family dogs and you can bring your for a one-time fee of $80 if they are 50 lbs and under. ☀Up to 2 dogs are allowed. ☀ Please use the provided lint rollers to remove dog hair during your stay. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged after check out if additional cleaning time is required for pet hair removal. ☀ Dog bowls, towels, a lint roller, and treats are provided for your convenience in the basket in the laundry area. A couch cover can be found at the bottom of the bookshelf cabinet. Don’t forget to give your pup an extra treat from us! ☀ We wish we could, but we aren’t able to allow cats at this time due to the owners’ allergies. Thanks for understanding! 🔷When Visiting With Your Dog🔷 ☀ Ensure your pup is 100% potty trained ☀ If left unattended inside the house, please ensure they are happily crated. You know your dog best and we wouldn’t want a dog to be scared or anxious in a crate if they aren’t used to it. We also want to ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests and neighbors. ☀ Keep your pups leashed when outdoors ☀ Please keep your pup off beds, chairs, and couches ☀ Please use the provided lint rollers to remove dog hair during your stay. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charge after check out if additional cleaning time is required for pet hair removal. ☀ Dogs can use the outdoor facilities in front of the house (do not walk to the back of the house, as this area is a private residence) ☀ Promptly pick up and dispose of waste in the blue trash bin outside (south side) ☀For service dogs- While there is no charge, we respectfully ask you to please let us know if you will be bringing an ADA service animal to avoid any confusion. 🔷Early Check-in/Late Check-out🔷 ☀We’re happy to consider early check-ins or late check-outs for a $30 fee, on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be made in advance and depend on bookings and our cleaning schedule. We’ll confirm availability the day before your stay, and if approved, the extra charge will be sent via the Airbnb app. 🔷Mid-Term Stays (15–27 Days)🔷 ☀Biweekly cleaning at $90 per clean is required ☀Regular cleaning is crucial for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and hygienic environment. Thanks for your understanding and help to keep our accommodations sparkling clean for you and future guests. 🔷Long-Term Stays (28+ Days)🔷 ☀We cannot always offer this option but please send an inquiry for availability ☀Biweekly cleaning at $90 per clean is required ☀A simple one-page mid-term lease is required ☀Photo ID for each guest is required; housing references may be requested 🔷If you are booking for someone else, please add that person(s) to your reservation so we can be sure all communication is accessible to every guest. We’d love to be your go-to home away from home here in Delaware! 🔷 Guest Access: This lower-level 1 bedroom suite is located in the basement and requires going up a couple steps at the entrance, then down a flight of stairs to access. You must be comfortable climbing stairs. Please see additional details in our photos. Interaction with Guests: Your hosts are dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. Multiple hosts are available during your visit, so all messages and questions are addressed promptly. You can reach us via text or the Airbnb messaging app at any time. In case of an emergency, please call any of your hosts directly for the fastest response. We love connecting with our guests and are happy to answer questions or discuss any aspect of your stay. Other Details to Note: CLEANING & SANITIZING: We follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts. Here are a few highlights: - FRESH AIR - we open the windows and doors to completely ventilate the space before we start to clean and keep them open until we have completed cleaning and sanitizing the unit for our next guests. - MULTI-FUNCTIONAL UV SANITIZER BOX - is also provided. It sanitizes cell phones, face masks, keys, toothbrushes, earphones, watches, and anything else that can fit in the box. - CLEAN MATTRESSES - Our mattresses and pillow cases are covered with Utopia Bedding Zippered Mattress/Pillow Case Encasements. They are 100% WATERPROOF and protect our mattresses & pillows from unwelcome spills, keeping the everything clean and safe. High quality TPU backing on all sides resists any leakage into the mattress. BED BUG AND DUST MITE PROOF: High quality zippers completely seal off an encasement and protects against bed bugs and dust mites. Additional Rules: -Please be respectful of our space, our neighbors and the neighborhood -Quiet hours 10:00 PM- 7:00 AM -Please pick up your dog waste when it occurs -All of our dog rules apply so please see the listing description -No smoking and no parties, please -We kindly ask that additional guests be pre-approved by the Host. *In the unfortunate or rare occurrence of accidental damage to anything in the unit, please let owners know ASAP and send a picture via the messaging app so we can take care of it promptly* 🔷Safety Devices 🔷 There is a Ring doorbell/camera on the side of each exterior door that records porches and entryways 24/7.
